Start here if you want a clearer route into shops. Watch the video to see what getting stocked looked like inside my jewellery brand, why stockists became such a powerful route to sales, and what Get Stocked helps you build before you pitch.

For Jewellery Brand Owners Ready to be Seen by Shops

Get your jewellery stocked in shops in six weeks

Learn how to approach the right stockists with the confidence and professionalism to be taken seriously.

Because your jewellery does not belong hidden in your studio, sitting on your website, or relying only on Instagram to be discovered. It belongs in the kinds of places your dream customers already love to browse, buy from and trust.

Scroll

You know your jewellery could sell really well in shops.
But getting it there feels like a complete mystery.

Can you visualise it?
Your jewellery displayed in your fav boutique or gallery. Then imagine one of your pieces being wrapped up by the sales assistant ready for your perfect customer to take home and wear.

Maybe you recently even walked into a shop and thought:

"My jewellery would actually look amazing here."

But then the questions start.

What do I say? Who do I contact? Do I email or go in person? What if they think I'm too small? What if my prices are too high? What if my Instagram doesn't look good enough? What if I sound awkward? What if I send an email and nobody replies?

So instead of taking action, you keep circling the idea. You save shops on Instagram. You tell yourself you'll reach out when your website is better. When your photos are better. When your collection is bigger. When your confidence magically arrives.

But deep down, you know you are probably more ready than you think. You just do not know the process yet.

And that is exactly what Get Stocked is here to help you with.

The Shift

Imagine knowing exactly how to approach shops
without feeling awkward, pushy or underprepared

Right now

“I'd love to get stocked, but I have no idea where to start.”

  • Saving shops on Instagram but never reaching out
  • Waiting until your website, photos and collection are “better”
  • Spiralling on whether you're being annoying
  • Staring at a blank email wondering what to send
  • Feeling like a hobbyist rather than a brand owner
After Get Stocked

“I know who I'm approaching, what I'm sending, and what to do when a shop replies.”

  • Knowing which shops actually make sense for your jewellery
  • A polished line sheet, order form and lookbook ready to send
  • Confidence to go into a conversation about wholesale or consignment
  • Clear mark-up terms you can stand behind. No more awkwardness around your numbers
  • A follow-up plan that doesn't feel like begging
  • Feeling like a real brand owner when you speak to shops
Introducing

Get Stocked is a 6-week programme that helps you go from unsure and overthinking to confidently approaching shops

This is not about sending one random email and hoping for the best.

It is about learning how to think like a brand owner, prepare your jewellery for stockists, create the materials that make you look professional, and approach shops in a way that feels clear, calm and confident.

I'm literally sharing my personal templates that I used to get stocked in over 30 shops worldwide.

Inside Get Stocked, I'll walk you through the exact process I used, so you can also get your jewellery ready for shops, find the right stockists, pitch your work and manage the relationship once a shop says yes.

So you are not just hoping someone discovers you. You are actively putting your jewellery in front of the right people, in the right way.

What You Will Build

Finish the 6 weeks with a stockist-ready kit you can use again and again.

A shop owner needs to understand your jewellery quickly, trust that your brand is a good fit for their customers, and know how to order without confusion.

So Get Stocked helps you turn the big, intimidating idea of "getting into shops" into the pieces you can actually prepare, send and repeat.

  • A lookbook that helps a stockist see your collection and brand clearly
  • A line sheet and order form that make your range easier to buy from
  • A shortlist and outreach plan for shops that genuinely fit your jewellery
  • Pitch angles you can adapt for different shops and conversations
  • A follow-up rhythm and next-step systems for replies, orders and reorders

You are not buying motivation. You are building the materials and process that make approaching shops feel possible.

Format Guided 6-week path
Pace Self-paced with lifetime access
Guidance Tutorials

I used to focus on all the wrong things

I thought I just needed to make sure that my jewellery was good enough

Turns out that's not the most important thing that shop owners care about.

They are also asking:

  • Will this work for my customers?
  • Does this brand feel professional?
  • Is the pricing clear?
  • Is the collection easy to understand?
  • Can I see how this would sit in my shop?
  • Will this person be easy to work with?
  • Can I place an order without confusion?

The list goes on.
And after working with shops for over 15 years, I know what helps a stockist understand the fit, trust the buying process and feel confident starting the conversation.

I want you to have the system I wish I had earlier: the practical thinking, materials and outreach rhythm that helped stockists become one of the biggest turning points in my jewellery brand.

So many talented jewellers get stuck, not because the jewellery is not good enough, but because shops cannot yet see the brand, the fit, the pricing and the buying process clearly.

You might be much closer than you think. Your work may already deserve more of the right eyes on it. What is missing is not a magical burst of confidence. It is knowing how to make your jewellery easier for the right shops to understand, trust and buy from.

That is the part Get Stocked helps you build.

The Transformation

By the end of Get Stocked, you'll have a completely different relationship with getting stocked

Not just a pile of lessons and a long to-do list. You'll have a new level of confidence in how you present your jewellery business that's so professional you won't recognise the version of you that started the programme just 6 weeks before.

Instead of

Feeling on the outside looking in

  • Feeling like shops are an intimidating world you're not allowed into
  • Wondering whether you're “too small”
  • Avoiding outreach because you don't know what to say
  • Feeling embarrassed your Instagram isn't perfect
  • Worrying a shop owner will ask something you can't answer (especially about numbers!)
  • Sending one message, hearing nothing back, and taking it personally
You'll have

A repeatable skill you get to keep

  • You'll understand how shops think
  • You'll know how to present yourself professionally at the stage you're at
  • Clear examples, angles and templates to guide your outreach
  • An Instagram that works like a portfolio backing up your pitch
  • Confidence with your terms, pricing and next steps
  • A follow-up rhythm so silence stops feeling personal

My Story

I know what makes shops say yes because I've done this myself

When I had my own jewellery brand, my work was stocked in shops, galleries, museum stores and boutiques across the UK and internationally.

My first serious wholesale lessons came from showing my work, walking into shops, fixing my pricing and learning what made a brand easier for a stockist to say yes to.

30+ shops stocked my jewellery worldwide
£5k+ a month from shops
90% success rate in one focused day of outreach
Fine jewellery arranged on a warm wooden boutique shelf

Some of those stockists became recurring relationships, not one-off wins. They gave my jewellery another route to visibility and sales while I was still learning how to balance the making, the business and the rest of life.

I also learned how expensive it is to outsource this before you understand it yourself. In 2021 I paid an agency to help me get stocked in more shops. Six months later they had brought in zero shops, ghosted me, and kept around £2,000 worth of my samples.

So I went back to the skill I had built and approached shops myself.

In one day, 9 out of 10 shops said yes.

That moment confirmed something I now teach my clients all the time: getting stocked is not about waiting for the perfect timing, or thinking that others can do the job better than you. It is about knowing how to approach the right shops in the right way.

And that is exactly what I'll show you inside Get Stocked.

Jewellery displayed on warm shelves inside a boutique
Is getting stocked right for everyone?

No, not necessarily.

If you have plenty of time on your hands and can do regular markets or exhibitions and you prefer doing that, there's nothing wrong with that route. But for me personally I didn't have enough time or energy on top of my teaching job to do enough of these regularly enough for the business to reach my revenue goals.

Markets and shops are obviously not the only 2 ways of getting eyes on your brand. There are others. But the point is that there is always a cost to this.

Be that in your:

  • Time
  • Money or
  • Energy.

Getting stocked is a way of giving your jewellery business another route to sales. And one that gives you back more time. More time to do what you love - Make jewellery!

If you are only relying on Instagram, your website, or the occasional market, your sales can start to feel very up and down. Some weeks feel exciting. Some weeks feel painfully quiet. And it can feel like everything depends on whether your latest post performs, whether the algorithm is being kind, or whether you have the energy to keep showing up online.

Stockists can give your business another route. They can:

  • Put your jewellery in front of customers who may never have found you online
  • Help people see, touch and try on your pieces in real life
  • Introduce your brand to new audiences
  • Place repeat orders when your jewellery sells well
  • Help your business feel less dependent on chasing the next individual sale
  • And of course, give you more time to do what you love - Make jewellery!

Of course, wholesale is not magic. It still needs to be done properly. But when you know how to approach shops, it can become a powerful part of your jewellery business.

A stockist isn't just one sale. It's a relationship that can keep selling for you.

The Curriculum

Six weeks. From uncertainty to action.

Each week is designed to take you from understanding how shops think, to strengthening your brand, creating your pitch materials, building your outreach strategy, sending your pitches and managing the relationship once a shop says yes.

Week 01

From maker to brand owner

Stop seeing yourself as “just someone who makes jewellery” and start understanding what it means to present your work as a brand a shop can confidently buy from.

You'll learn the difference between wholesale and consignment, how markup and commission splits work (and the difference between the two), what different types of stores expect, and what is going through a shop owner's mind when they decide whether to stock a brand. We'll also look at the types of shops that would be your best fit based on your USP, so you can start communicating why your jewellery is different, desirable and right for the shops you want to approach.

Transformation: You stop feeling like an outsider trying to get permission, and start understanding the shop relationship from a brand owner's perspective.

Week 02

Make your brand feel clear online

If a shop owner is interested, there is a good chance they'll check you out online. Your Instagram does not need to be perfect, but it does need to help them understand your jewellery quickly.

You'll learn how to use Instagram as a portfolio, do a brand “vibe check” and refine how your brand is coming across, specifically focusing on the 9 things shop owners are looking for on your feed.

Transformation: You stop wondering whether your Instagram is secretly working against you, and start making it support the professional impression you want to create.

Week 03

Create your pitch materials

This week you'll gather the pieces that make your brand easier for shops to say yes to. You'll work on product presentation, your lookbook, your line sheet, your order form and choosing what to pitch.

This is where your jewellery starts to feel less like a collection of individual pieces and more like a clear, professional brand offering.

Transformation: You stop feeling like you have “nothing proper to send” and start building materials that make you look prepared, polished and easy to buy from.

Week 04

Build your outreach strategy

Prepare to actually reach out. We'll look at your outreach goal, the psychology of outreach, how to find shops that match your brand, how to warm up potential stockists, how to approach them and what to prepare before you contact them.

Transformation: You stop staring at a blank email wondering what on earth to say, and start approaching shops with a plan.

Week 05

Pitch week

This is where you start taking action. You'll move through the different outreach angles that help you put your pitch into motion.

This week is about building momentum. Not about being perfect. Not waiting until everything feels easy. Momentum.

Transformation: You stop endlessly preparing and start putting your jewellery in front of shops.

Week 06

Systems, next steps and long-term relationships

Getting stocked is exciting, but being professional after the yes is what helps create trust, reorders and long-term relationships.

You'll learn about systems, wholesale next steps, consignment next steps, stock tracking, making reorders easy, delivery notes, invoices and building strong relationships with stockists.

Transformation: You stop feeling like “what now?” after a reply or order, and start feeling organised, professional and ready to build proper stockist relationships.

Client Wins

What can happen when you stop guessing and start approaching shops with a clear process

These jewellers came into Get Stocked at different stages. The common thread was getting clearer, more prepared and more willing to put their work in front of the right shops.

Award-winning jeweller Tara holding her award and certificate
Tara · Ireland

From disheartened by silence to three stockists

Tara had reached out to a few shops before and felt really disheartened when she heard nothing back.

By the time she reached pitch week inside Get Stocked, she knew her brand was stronger, her materials were ready and she was equipped to answer the questions shops might ask.

Jeweller Veronica wearing a pink gemstone necklace
Veronica · Australia

Early in her journey and already building a real business

New mum Veronica joined Get Stocked early because she knew she wanted her jewellery to become a business she could build part time from home while being present with her baby.

She did not wait until she felt more established to learn what a stockist-ready jewellery brand needed.

Invited to stock her first shop before the six weeks were over.

Jeweller Jo smiling outdoors

A Paris shop placed a serious wholesale order

By the end of Get Stocked, Jo had secured a wholesale order from a shop in Paris.

92 pieces ordered. EUR 7,532 in wholesale sales.

Jeweller Maria working at her bench
Maria

So much interest she had to choose what she could fulfil

In the final week of the programme, Maria approached 25 shops and 17 expressed interest. She started with five because she physically did not have enough stock to take on more at once.

Three months later, she was in 12 stores and had hired her first assistant to help her make pieces.

17 interested shops from 25 approaches.

Every jewellery brand has its own pace, stock levels and next right yes. Get Stocked gives you the process and materials to create more of the right opportunities.

Is This For You?

Get Stocked is for you if…

You make jewellery and know it could sell in the right shops
You want another route to sales beyond Instagram, your website or markets
You're thinking about wholesale or consignment but feel overwhelmed by the practical side
You'd love to approach shops but keep putting it off because you don't know what to say
You want your brand to feel more professional
You want to stop feeling like a hobbyist and show up like a brand owner
You want someone to walk you through the process step by step
You're ready to take action, even if you feel a little nervous
You have a selection of at least 6-10 items that work well together with a range of prices
You are able to easily replenish stock when it sells out

Get Stocked is not for you if…

  • You want someone else to do all the outreach for you
  • You're not ready or willing to contact shops
  • You want guaranteed orders
  • You're not open to looking at your pricing, presentation or brand honestly
  • You're looking for a quick hack instead of a proper business skill
  • You don't have time to manage the sales and make more stock
  • Your jewellery is very time consuming to make and there is no room for profit in your pricing
  • You make one of a kind items (some shops might still be ok with this though.)
  • You do not know what makes your brand different and struggle to communicate its value to people

This programme gives you the process, structure, materials and guidance. You just need to bring your excitement and determination to the table.

The Investment

Get Stocked is ÂŁ997

And I know that is an investment. But when we are talking about getting your jewellery stocked, it is worth looking at the bigger picture. Depending on your price point, your wholesale margins and the size of the order, one strong stockist order could potentially cover the cost of the programme. A good stockist relationship can also create visibility, repeat orders and momentum beyond that first yes. The goal is not to pitch every shop. It is to approach the right shops for your brand.

What If…

The thoughts that keep most jewellers stuck

“What if I'm too small?” +

You do not need to be a huge brand to start approaching shops. Many shops love discovering independent jewellers.

What matters is not whether you are already famous. It's whether your jewellery, brand, pricing and communication make sense for the shop and their customers. Inside Get Stocked, I'll help you understand how to present yourself professionally at the stage you are at.

“What if I don't have a big Instagram following?” +

You do not need a massive following to get stocked. A shop owner is not only looking at follower numbers. They're looking at whether your brand feels clear, desirable and right for their customers.

A clear Instagram can absolutely support your pitch, but you do not need to be an influencer. You need a brand presence that helps people understand your work. That is very different.

“What if my jewellery is too expensive?” +

Your jewellery may not be too expensive. It may simply need to be shown to the right shops. A low-cost gift shop, a design-led boutique and a luxury gallery are not looking for the same thing.

Inside Get Stocked, you'll learn how to think about shop fit, pricing, positioning and whether a stockist actually makes sense for your work. The goal is not to squeeze yourself into any shop that says yes. It's to approach the right shops.

“What if I've emailed shops before and heard nothing back?” +

That does not mean your jewellery is not good enough. It may mean the shop was not the right fit. It may mean your email did not give them enough information. It may mean your materials were not clear enough. It may mean you did not follow up. It may mean they were busy.

There are so many reasons a shop might not reply. Inside Get Stocked, you'll learn how to approach outreach with more strategy, rather than taking every silence as a personal rejection.

“What if I feel nervous?” +

Of course you do. Putting your work in front of shops can feel vulnerable, especially when you have made the jewellery yourself.

But confidence does not usually arrive before you take action. It grows because you have a process. Because you know what you are sending. Because you understand what to say. Because you are not guessing anymore. That is what Get Stocked is designed to give you.

Further FAQ...

How long do I get access for?+

You'll get lifetime access to Get Stocked, so you can come back to the lessons and materials whenever you want to approach new shops, update your materials or refresh your outreach.

Is this live or self-paced?+

Get Stocked is designed as a 6-week programme. You can work through the content step by step at your own pace.

Is there a payment plan?+

Yes. You can join Get Stocked for ÂŁ997 pay in full or choose 3 monthly payments of ÂŁ397.

What if I don't have enough time and fall behind the 6 week schedule?+

Get Stocked is designed as a 6-week programme. You can work through the content step by step. The six weeks give me a guide and it is very possible to complete the full process in the six weeks. But you will have lifetime access to the programme so if you want to take three months or six months to work through everything, the choice is yours. The course content is yours to go through at your own pace.

Do I need to already have shops interested?+

No. This programme will help you work out which shops to approach and how to start that conversation professionally.

Do I need a big collection?+

No. You do not need a huge collection, but you do need a clear enough range for a shop owner to understand what they can buy and how it fits together. A selection of 6-10 items is good to start with.

Do I need a big Instagram following?+

No. A big following is not required. A clear, intentional online presence can help, but shops care about much more than follower numbers.

What does the Stockist-Ready Guarantee mean?+

Complete the core Get Stocked steps, create your lookbook, line sheet or order form, and prepare your first stockist outreach plan. If you still feel unsure what to send or how to approach the right shops, email me within 60 days of joining and I will give you a next-step review so you know what to tighten before you pitch. This is a readiness and support promise, not a guarantee that a shop will place an order.

Will this guarantee I get stocked?+

No programme can guarantee that every shop will say yes. What Get Stocked gives you is the process, structure, materials and confidence to approach shops properly instead of guessing or hoping they discover you. The more strategically and consistently you approach the right shops, the more opportunity you create.

What if I've never done wholesale before?+

That is exactly who this is for. I'll walk you through the foundations, from wholesale and consignment to pitching, pricing, materials and next steps.

What happens after the 24-hour bonus expires?+

After your 24-hour window ends, InstaGold will no longer be included as a fast action bonus. You can still join Get Stocked, but the bonus will no longer be available.

Is InstaGold necessary for getting stocked?+

No. Get Stocked is the main programme and gives you the stockist strategy. InstaGold is a bonus that helps strengthen the Instagram presence that may support your stockist outreach, especially if shop owners check you out online.

How quickly can I start approaching shops?+

That depends on where your brand is right now. Some jewellers may be ready to start outreach quickly. Others may need to tighten their pricing, materials or presentation first. The programme is designed to help you build the foundations properly, so you can approach shops with more confidence.

What is your refund policy?+

As this is a digital product, all sales are final, so please make sure the programme is the right fit before you enrol. You have lifetime access to the course content and materials, so if life gets busy you can come back to the process at your own pace.

Ready to get your jewellery stocked?
