What We're Going to Do Together

I want to work with a small group of jewellers this year to help them build something they've been chasing for a while.

The goal is simple: a jewellery business on pace for £100k a year, built one campaign at a time.

  • A new campaign every month, built and launched within the month
  • Sales you can trace back to something specific you did
  • A business that grows steadily across the year, not just in lucky months

The simplest way to explain The Studio is that it's a monthly campaign system for jewellery brands.

Each month is a stand-alone sales campaign with a clear focus, a clear outcome, and a clear reason behind it. You build it, launch it, and use the campaign structure to review what worked, what didn't, and what to carry forward.

You can stay for as many months and campaigns as you like, and every campaign is geared around helping you make sales in your actual business. There is a compounding effect: the longer you stay, and the more different campaigns you learn and implement, the more likely you are to build towards that £100k pace. Each month, the group also has two Q&A calls with me, so you can bring questions from wherever you are in the campaign.

During some campaigns, there may also be guest appearances from industry experts.

And I genuinely think it's more achievable than most jewellers realise.

A Bit About Me and Why I'm Doing This

I've spent years inside the jewellery world. As a maker. As a business owner. And now as a coach working with jewellers who have real brands and real talent, who are still not making the sales their work deserves.

I built my own six-figure jewellery brand from my bedroom. My work has been featured in Vogue, Tatler, Elle and Glamour. I was stocked at Anthropologie UK, won a mentorship in collaboration with Swarovski, and had pieces displayed in the Museum of London.

I know what it takes to build something real in this industry. And I know exactly where most jewellers get stuck.

I built Magnetic Jewellery Brand to help jewellers fix the foundations: audience, pricing, positioning, brand identity. Over 600 jewellers have come through it. The ones who do the work come out with a brand they're proud of, a clear sense of who they're selling to, and real confidence in their pricing.

Pauline runs a jewellery brand. When we started working together she had a small Instagram following and some sales, but nothing consistent. Within six months she was doing $35k months. That's what happens when the right system is in place.

Heather came to MJB after two markets with zero sales. Within weeks of getting her brand foundations right, she made $600 at her next one. Sadie, based in Vancouver, went from sporadic orders to a sale every single week for seven weeks straight. Reka is a skilled goldsmith who said it herself: "I could create beautiful jewellery. I just didn't know how to sell it." She does now.

But there's always a next question. And it's a completely fair one.

"I've got the brand sorted. So why are the sales still inconsistent? And how do I actually fix that?"

That question is what I built The Studio to answer.

I've got a good reputation because I only take on jewellers I know I can help. That's why there's an application process, and that's why not everyone gets in.

This Won't Work for You If...

  • You're still figuring out what your brand is or who it's for. The Studio is not the place to do that foundational work. That's what Magnetic Jewellery Brand is for.
  • You don't have a live website, an active Instagram, or any sales history yet.
  • You want to join and quietly consume content without sharing what you're doing. The Studio is built on everyone in the group being honest about their actual results: the good months and the disappointing ones. That honesty is what makes it useful to everyone.
  • You're looking for someone to do the marketing for you.
  • You think the right strategy will do the work while you sit back.

But If You...

  • Have a brand you're proud of. You know your customer, you've nailed your visual identity, and you're clear on what makes your jewellery different.
  • Are making some sales, but inconsistently. Some months are genuinely great. Others are quiet and you can't quite work out why.
  • Have a live website, an active Instagram, and at least a handful of customer reviews.
  • Are ready to stop experimenting randomly and start building a real system.
  • Can commit to implementing one full campaign each month, not just watching, actually doing it.
  • Want to become genuinely good at marketing and sales, not just hope it eventually clicks.

...then this is probably the right next step.

Here's How It Works

Each month inside The Studio is one complete, standalone campaign.

You learn it. You build it. You launch it. You make sales from it, all within the month.

Then you own that skill forever. You can run it again any time you want.

By the end of your time inside The Studio, you have a set of proven campaigns in your toolkit. Not things you watched someone else talk through. Things you've run, in your actual business, with your actual customers.

The skill compounds. The library grows. And eventually you don't need me to tell you what to do next. Because you already know.

The Investment

It's £597 a month.

No long contract. No big upfront commitment. You stay as long as you're getting results and genuinely enjoying it.

If after your first month you're not feeling it for any reason at all, just say the word and we'll part as friends. No awkwardness.

So really, there's no risk to getting started. You're just making a decision to try it for one month and see what happens.

What You Need to Have in Place Before You Join

The Studio only works if everyone in the room is at the same stage. When the group runs a campaign together and shares results, it only means something if people are running it for real, with a real brand, a real audience, and real customers.

Before you apply, you should have:

A live website or online store that takes payments. It doesn't need to be perfect. It needs to be live and working.
An active Instagram that's clearly on-brand. You don't need a big following. You need a presence that looks like a real brand.
A defined brand. You know your target customer, what makes your jewellery different, and what your brand stands for. You have a name, a visual identity you're proud of, and a clear sense of your style and voice.
A range of products available to buy. Your shop should not be empty or down to one or two items.
Some sales history. You've sold to real customers before. Even a handful of orders counts. The important thing is that you've done it.
Professional product photography. Clean, well-lit images that do your work justice. Phone photography is completely fine as long as it's good quality.
At least a few customer reviews or testimonials. Even three or four genuine reviews from happy customers is enough.
The time to commit properly each month. Joining and lurking is not acceptable here. Other members are sharing their real work and real results. You need to show up and do the same.

You don't need a big following. You don't need a large marketing budget. Some months will involve paid marketing, but you can start from as little as £5 a day.

How to Apply

If you're reading this and thinking "that's me" - just apply. It takes about five minutes and there's no pressure.

Step 1: Click here to apply.

Step 2: I'll review your application and get back to you within 72 hours.

If it's not quite the right moment, I'll be honest with you about that and let you know what to focus on first. If it's a yes, I'll send you everything you need to get started and we'll go from there.

I'm really looking forward to working with the people who join this. It's a small group by design, and I put a lot into it.

Hope to see you in there.
